Piping duties consist of both process and utility piping for petrochemical facilities, gas plant design and compressor stations including: estimating, field walk down, as-built, grass root jobs, layout drawings, isometrics, equipment drawings and details, piping plans and creation / development of Mechanical Flow Sheets. Conforming to specifications such as; ASME B31.3 and including125#, 150#, 300#, 600#, 900# and 1500# ratings. Material utilized: cast iron, carbon steel, galv. carbon steel, alloy 20, and 316 / 304 stainless steel. Services included; sewer, firewater, potable water, lime slurry, breathing air, instrument air, oxygen, low pressure steam, 150# super heated steam, high pressure steam, condensate, boiler blow down, boiler feed water, cooling water, raw water, treated water, service water, natural gas, nitrogen, tail gas, service air, butane, fuel gas, brine, sulfuric acid, and many caustic / corrosive process.     

Instrument and Electrical duties consist of both process and utility instrumentation for petrochemical facilities, gas plant design and compressor stations including: estimating, field walk downs, as-built, loops, instrument junction boxes, control junction boxes, instrument location plans, cable schedules, marshalling panels, FTA schedules, power plans, lighting plans, cable tray layouts, and MCC control panels.

Structural duties consisted of creating and revising pump foundations, pipe supports, platforms, walkways, and I/E structures. Maintained equipment foundation modifications and additions, modified all structural and civil drawings per engineering requirements.
Building Design duties require direct interfacing with clients, architects, engineers, designers, building contractors, and landscaping contractors. Jobs completed 1.5 million dollar amphitheater, 100k to 750 k house plans, 50k to 750k commercial building plans, office building renovations, WT campus expansion, and  land surveying.
